Our Business Terms & Conditions
Quality of Fish
Every fish shipped by us has excellent health and vibrant natural colour.
Health Certificate
All shipments are accompanied by proper health certificate issued by the Department of Fisheries, Government of West Bengal or any other authorized body.
Delivery
Fish are duly quarantined and delivered within 7 working days after full payment is received. Delivery is also subject to airlines approval of shipping space and customer confirmation of shipment.
Freight
Freight charges are to be borne by the customer. The freight is calculated as per the bill raised by the freight forwarder.
Packing Details
All fishes are packed in plastic bag and placed in polystyrene-foam box and finally in corrugate paper carton.
The dimension of the boxes are 60 x 45 x 30 cm. (About 23.6 x 17.7 x 11.8 in)
The weight per box is between 16 to 20kg , depending on the type of fish and packing density involved.
We reserve the right to change packing density depending on shipping time & situation at time of packing to minimize shipping cost and DOA.
US$9 for Discus and Bettas (or others that need individual fish packing),
US$8 for other fishes.
Guarantee & Claim
In case of any mortality of fish in transit or within 24 hours after receiving at the customer's end, we will replace them for FREE in the next consignment.
The following conditions apply:
1. You must take immediate delivery of your consignment upon its arrival.
2. Please ensure proper water quality before transferring fish.
3. You must acclimatize the newly received fishes.
Pictures of dead fish must be sent to us within 24 hours after the receipt of the fishes.
Our guarantee does not cover the cost of shipping or packing charge.
We reserve the right to change the above Terms and Conditions without prior notice.
